FOLLOW THESE RULES
1. Clients must email me at cuantoconsulting@gmail.com with copy to vip@influentialcircle.com
and your email address. Email must mention my PASSCODE: CODYTHEACTUARY on the subject of the email, so I will pay special attention and it won’t be sent to spam.
2. For the referral fee, the client must sign a consulting agreement at full hourly rates ($350 for 2024, subject to annual increases).
3. For the first 12 months of the client agreement, I will pay $35/hour (10% of revenue) to the referrer, and give the client a $15/hour discount (nearly 5%).
4. After the first 12 months, the client discount expires. I will pay the referrer 5% ($17.50 at 2024 rates) for all fees thereafter, as long as I am performing work for the client.
5. All referral fees are calculated on payments actually received from the client, meaning the percentages apply to the invoices paid by the client for the first 12 months after the initial client agreement has been executed. Any billed amounts not collectible are not subject to referral fees or discounts.
6. Client discounts will be applied pre-invoice, thus reducing the client bill amounts.

1. There may be times that I have too many clients and I am not able to service new ones, yet I have opportunities with new prospects.
2. However some clients may need work quickly. That’s why I am building a strong network of consulting actuaries. This will help all our clients, and allow us to support each other by providing recommendations to share our clients, and also earn fees and commissions. This will be a win-win-win scenario.

and must mention my PASSCODE: CODYREFERME on the subject of the email, so I will pay special attention, and to avoid my spam filter.
4. I will set a meeting with you to understand your skills and to ensure you can provide quality service to my client referrals. Once I approve of you, we will sign a commission agreement, and I can begin to provide you with referral clients.
5. In exchange for referrals, I ask for a 10% commission on consulting fees for clients in the first year and a 5% commission on consulting fees for all years thereafter.
